We started Mustang Moving for a simple reason: nobody in DFW was treating moving like a service business. Crews showed up late, quotes changed mid-move, and customers kept getting handed the bill for somebody else's bad planning. We thought we could do better. Nearly two decades and 50,000+ moves later, we're still trying to.
Why Mustang exists
The DFW moving industry runs on a quiet trick: lowball the quote, sweat the customer on move day, then hand them an invoice that's twice what they were told. It works because most people only move every five to seven years, and the crew is already inside the house when the price climbs.
We built Mustang to be the opposite of that. Locked hourly rates. No surprise stair fees. No "long carry" charges that appear out of nowhere. Crews who've been with us for nearly a decade because we treat them like adults pay them well, give them benefits, train them constantly, and don't ask them to lie to customers.
