Is the quote binding?+
Yes. Your hourly rate locks at booking. The only way the total changes is if you add inventory or change addresses after the fact — and you'd be the one telling us about that.
What information do I need?+
Pickup and dropoff addresses, your move date (or a window), property type and size, and any specialty items (pianos, safes, antiques). The form walks you through it.
What if my date changes?+
We reschedule once for free up to 7 days before the move. After that, the $100 deposit covers a date change — it doesn't get forfeited.
Why a $100 deposit?+
It holds the truck and crew for your date. It's refundable if you cancel 7+ days out, and it applies to your final invoice if you move.
