Something got damaged. Here's how we fix it.
Damage on a move is rare for us — but when it happens, we don't run you through a maze. Submit the form, send photos, and our claims coordinator opens the file the next business day. Most claims close in under two weeks.
How the claims process works
1. Tell us what happened
Submit the form below or call us. The sooner we know, the faster we can resolve.
2. Send photos
Photos of the damaged item from a few angles, ideally with packaging if it was packed by us. Email them to claims@mustang-moving.com.
3. We open the claim
Our claims coordinator opens the file with our cargo insurer and emails you a reference number within 1 business day.
4. Resolution
Most claims are resolved in 7–14 business days. Complex cases can take longer — we keep you in the loop the whole way.
