How does hourly pricing work?
Your hourly rate is locked the moment you book. The clock starts when we arrive at your door (not when we leave the warehouse). You're billed in 15-minute increments after the 2-hour minimum, so you never pay for time you don't use.
How many movers will I get?
Most residential moves get a 2-3 person crew, depending on the size of your home. We size the crew to your move so you're not overpaying for extra hands you don't need — and not waiting on an undersized crew.
What's included in the rate?
Truck, movers, fuel, mileage, furniture blankets, padding, shrink wrap, tape, TV boxes (up to 72"), and full disassembly/reassembly. No add-on fees for stairs, elevators, or long carries.
Do you charge extra for apartments with stairs?
No. No stair fees, no elevator fees, no long-carry charges. The rate you book is the rate you pay — same for a third-floor walk-up as a one-story house.
