Fort Worth destination logistics
Fort Worth is bigger than it looks. A downtown high-rise near Sundance Square, a new build in Alliance, a ranch-style home in TCU-West, and a townhome in the Cultural District each need a different playbook. Most downtown Fort Worth buildings require a COI on file 48-72 hours before move-in and reserve loading docks in 2-3 hour blocks. Newer master-planned communities in far north Fort Worth (Alliance, Heritage) tend to have strict HOA windows and driveway restrictions for 26-foot trucks. Older neighborhoods around TCU and the Cultural District have narrower streets and tight turns that favor a shuttle truck for the last block. We ask about all of it during the walkthrough so nothing surprises you on moving day.
Planning your Dallas to Fort Worth move
